U-Haul Contact Center Named Best in Self-Storage Industry
PHOENIX, Ariz. (Aug. 31, 2017) — The U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Contact Center has been named the Best of Business winner for its Call-Center Services, according to Inside Self-Storage.
ISS, a leading publication in the self-storage industry, recently announced the 2017 winners from its annual reader’s choice poll to honor the top performers across a number of categories.
Phoenix-headquartered U-Haul will be featured in the November issue of ISS Magazine and will receive its award at the ISS World Expo in April 2018 in Las Vegas.
This marks the Contact Center’s first award in the ISS Call-Center Services category, though it does not come as a surprise.
