U-Haul Company of Northern Colorado Expands U-Haul Self-Storage Operations

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – (Jan. 8, 2013) U-Haul Company of Northern Colorado recently announced that it has expanded the U-Haul network of self-storage locations with its purchase of ABDM self-storage facility located at 3113 E 1/2 Road in Grand Junction, Colorado. The new addition will be operated by U-Haul Moving and Storage at North Ave and features 13 single-story self-storage buildings offering 331 storage rooms, with more than 44,400 square feet of net rentable self-storage.

The new U-Haul Moving & Storage at North Ave II features indoor, climate-controlled self-storage with covered loading and unloading docks. The facility will showcase 24-hour security with electronically controlled access, state-of-the-art digital video surveillance, your lock/your key, FREE use of storage carts, no deposit or administration fees, a convenient credit-card payment plan and available low-cost Safestor Protection to help safeguard customers’ personal possessions.

Extended and 24-hour access to your storage room and package signing and receiving are just a few of the additional services to be offered at this location. Customers who rent a U-Haul moving van or trailer for a one-way move can receive one month of free self-storage before or after their move.
