Having another service that you can provide for a customer is working out very well for Mark and Vicki Coyle. Since they started offering U-Haul products and services, they have seen great results in customer retention.
“At first, this partnership with U-Haul started by my husband wanting to give me some extra work to do,” Vicki said. “Now we can’t even keep the trucks we have for rent because the customers really like what we have to offer. The vehicles are moving in and out like crazy. Within a day or two, they are all rented out,” she added. “It seems to help both aspects of our business because we are having customers come in to get their vehicles repaired and asking about renting one as well.”
