Hilltop U Store Expands; Adds U-Haul
PENN YAN, N.Y. (July 18th, 2014) — Hilltop U-Store, located at 2675 Ct Rt 14A, recently added U-Haul products and services to its business.
Hilltop U-Store can now offer its customers a variety of moving equipment and supplies including: After hours drop-off, in-store pickup for boxes, support rental items, towing equipment, trailers, and trucks.
Locally owned Hilltop U Store is expanding its business. U-Haul rental equipment is now available to the residents of Penn Yan and surrounding areas. Malcolm Lane, owner of Hilltop U Store, is providing value-added services to the Penn Yan community, where been a resident for 30 years.
The new U-Haul dealership delivers greater convenience to Lane’s customers. “Our customers are glad there is a U-Haul dealership in our town,” Lane said. “Now they don’t have to travel long distances to get a truck.”
Lane also knows the benefits of adding a U-Haul dealerhip to his self-storage business. “We offer bonuses. If our customers rent U-Haul rental equipment or purchase U-Haul services, they can get free storage for their first month. There is nice synergy occurring between U-Haul and our storage business.”
Lane has already added 10 storage customers in the first three months of this partnership and is optimistic that this upswing in business will continue.
