Prior to opening Blue Ridge Auto Truck Plaza, Rickel sold cars for various dealerships. He now works hard to make his business the go-to auto shop in Raytown.
Frank Mitchell, the parts and service coordinator, said they have been in the community a long time so most customers are happy to keep coming back. Mitchell worked in parts and service at a motorcycle store before transitioning to Blue Ridge Auto Truck Plaza. Everyone at Blue Ridge Auto Truck Plaza is knowledgeable and well established in the field.
“This is reassuring for many our customers,” Mitchell said.
Blue Ridge Auto Truck Plaza has seen a nice bump in business since its U-Haul affiliation went into effect. Raytown is located approximately 15 minutes southeast of many central Kansas City attractions like Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums and the Country Club Plaza.
