Hours of operation for U-Haul rentals are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday with after-hours drop-off available for customer convenience.

The storage facility was opened in 1986. Situated on 4.5 acres, the facility has grown over the years. Tolpo, the third owner, stays active in the community. He sponsors local fundraisers and is a proud member of the Port Neches Chamber of Commerce and Texas Self Storage Association.
Tolpo’s family has been in the real estate business for 40-plus years and has owned apartment communities and commercial properties.
