Had local technical problem with computer/ Server...system kept looping caused major delay in picking up unit...had to re-create billing. Hopefully, problem was reported and corrected. However, it did create longer period of time to pick up unit and extended time unit was out for the day.

No one was at the site when I dropped the truck off. I simply parked the truck and put the key and my contract with a note regarding the A/C situation, the whistling brakes, and the growing noise applied. I requested restitution, but I have heard nothing back from them.

I have rented 3 times in the last 6 months from Big Jim's. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a single woman, I was never felt talked down to about the trucks I rented. Dan and Stephanie were very efficient, remembered me each time, and made cost-saving suggestions. They listened to my needs.

I have used U-Haul on 2 other occasions and this is by far my best experience. In the past I have not been impressed with U-Haul, but this location was convenient and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable (something I haven't really experienced up to this point with U-Haul).

I feel we were wrongly charge for $46 to refuel a truck that we picked up on a 1/4 tank of fuel, put $40 = 11 gal and drove the truck 88 miles and were still charged a $46 fee rather than possible running over abount coffee can full of fuel?
