No attendant available. Fork lift used when I picked up. Very difficult to get trailer off. Had sign on door indicating a $2 charge per unfolded blanket. The first drop off location I was given from your 888 # has been closed for a year.

The person there would help me back the dolly in and wouldnt help unhitch the dolly. I am 4ft 11 and only weigh 120 and just had a large tumor removed from my breast 5 weeks ago and the large capable man was rude and wouldnt unhitch the dolly and i hurt myself trying to get it off. I asked for a reciept and he wouldnt give me one.

We accidentally left two greeting cards with a gift card inside one of the cards on the dashboard. When we went to go back to retrieve it, it had been stolen. Very disappointed because now my step-daughter has nothing from her father.

I had a 4 hour rental, and everything was fine except that I had to park my car on a side street a block away. Acorn seems fair and honest, but don't do a short term rental without having another driver to drop you off and pick you up.

The location was closed but left good instructions on where to leave the trailer I rented & I got confirmation that it was recieved.
The conformation of return did leave me a bit baffled since it showed something that needed to be signed? Imot sure what to do with that??

The person at this location was extremely rude to my husband. He ran his card 2 times and said out loud in front of other customers "THIS CARD IS DECLINED YOU HAVE NO MONEY IN YOUR ACCT" He was obviously doing it wrong because the 3rd time he ran it the card went through and everything was fine. My husband's English is limited and the person at this place made him feel inferior and embarrassed him. I will NEVER go to this place AGAIN!!!!
