This site was very convient and the truck I received was clean and in great condition. I also like the fact that the truck is laoded with signs and instructions on everything so it made operating it very easy

Highway sign was hard to see because of obstructions.
Suggest parking a truck near the highway for better visibility of rental location.

When we called to get find out what time this location closed we were given a negative attitude by someone whose name we believe was Ed. Once we finally found this location Ed was gone. The manager treated us very well and apologized for the negative attitude we got from the first gentleman we spoke with over the phone. Thank God for her attitude otherwise we woul;d not recommend any renting from thar location. You are very fortunate to have her as a mgr.
