I was sent to the location in Brownsville tn to pick up a 5 x 9 trailor waited there for a hour for someone to show up note the lady had givin me a confermation number but they did not have one an then was sent to dyers burg tn which was an hour the opposite way I was going

They reached us when we had only had the truck for 1 day wanting to know when we would have it there to turn it in. This really surprised us as the main headquarters could not reach us to tell us where to pick it up and the phone number was the same. As was stated before we hope never to have to us Uhaul again. I expect that we will make other5 arrangements.
