Setting up the reservation wasn’t very intuitive.
MATTHEW MPerson in charge of uhaul did not have uhaul ready for me to receive at my pick up time of 7:00 am. Wasn't helpful until I called customer service and informed him that he did not set up the uhaul to be received. He then went through the process for me to receive the uhaul. I wouldn't recommend this location.
