Make sure the rims on the trailers are not rusted because they will effect the tire and make it go flat. Also make sure that the tire companies that are called by roadside assistance have the right size of tire when needed to be replaced. Especially when driving many miles across the country.

Please give drivers a general over view of how to operate and adjust items associated with the rental vehicle.
Public restrooms and complimentary coffee would be a big plus.
