Need more people to work the counter on Saturday the busiest day and need a better system than what u got way to confussing had to wait in a long time in line 2 times for nothing took 45 min to get truck and 55 min to return truck

I was charged an additional day for rental for returning the equipment after hours, when I was told there would be no additional charge. I understand that it could have been a mistake, but by the time the truck was checked in, it hadn't even been 24 hours (not exactly two days worth of rental). When I called to rectify the situation I was on hold for an extended period of time (8:56), without a word. It would have been courtious to let me know that it may be some time as there are many cutomers in the store. When I returned the call and let the associate know how long I was on hold he said, "that's okay we have a lot of people ahead of you", not the most customer service oriented response.
