I was hung up on by the staff at this location. I was cordial and friendly but wanted answers for being overcharged. I put the contract in the drop box, but was charged as if I did not...I was told by a staff that I only submitted the envelope. Very nasty! I did not think that U Haul was the type of company that tries to squeeze money from it's customers. Never will I use U Haul or recommend U Haul to another...

Awesome experience! The trailer worked great!
This is our third year of taking a ski trip with other families. We've talked in the past about using a trailer for equipment. This is the first year we "pulled the trigger". We rented a 4x8 enclosed trailer. It was great. We picked the trailer up from National Mini Storage on Thursday evening. Rob W. was very attentive and accommodating. He treated us like royalty. Rob made sure the trailer was correctly attached and the lights worked. The trailer was clean and sealed out all the road grime and slush. I wish we had done this in years past.
Thanks Rob! We'll be back!
