A Storage Place was the fourth location I had to go to to rent this trailer! The first place I went to did not have a 5x8 enclosed. They sent me to TOP SHOT and they had one but said that it was reserved (the reservation agent said that it was available). I then went to R&G Rental and they had five trailers but the owner closed early on Saturday. Finally, TWO HOURS later, Danielle in the regional center in Thornton, Colorado was able to locate and confirm the trailer at A STORAGE PLACE for me. She even put me on hold and called to confirm the trailer before sending me to that location. Thank you Danielle! This is BY FAR the most frustrating experience that I have ever had with a U-Haul rental!! BAD!!

The manager was excellent and easy to talk to. She made a stressful situation so easy. Kudos to her. I also talked to one of her staff and Ben was also very helpful Thanks

Van related comment- tow/haul mode wastes too much gas! Seems like it nearly halves gas mpg! Need to warn people!

While this particular location was great to work with, I originally placed my reservation on-line at a different location. Come to find out that location is closed on Saturday's but U-Haul's website still let me make a reservation for a Saturday. After spending quite a bit of time on the phone with U-Haul they transferred my reservation to the Patterson location. However, they did NOTHING to compensate me for all the time I wasted and still had to pay my movers for sitting around waiting for me to figure out everything with U-Haul. Would I recommend this location, yet, would I recommend U-Haul, will have to seriously think about it before I used them again.
