The only problem we had was with the drop off. One location given for drop off is no longer in business. The other location was closed (they close at 12) but was stated that they were open til 4:30. The lady who owned the closed location happened to be on site and directed us to a location not given to drop off the truck. That location happened to be next to the one that was closed. We probably paid an additional $20 just riding around Natchitoches trying to find a drop off location that was open. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MAIN OFFICE...NEED TO GET YOUR SYSTEM UPDATED WITH CORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO CUSTOMER!

Vehicle was damaged. Staff would not do a walk around with me. They said just note it and tell drop of point. Also vehicles windshield was full of bugs and inside needed a vacuum. Very unhappy. Drop off point was great.

This location has no overnight parking. Cars are towed if left unmoved for too long. We had to drive by & move our vehicle which added extra miles & wasted time. The staff was very pleasant, and the location was clean & well-decorated. If the parking issue was resolved, I would use this location again as well as recommending it to friends. If you do not need to leave a vehicle here, then it is a very nice location.

The fees are ridiculous and I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I have always used this company and have NEVER had a problem. After my experience at this location I will no longer be a customer.
