The gentleman here was very friendly and accomodating. He was also quick, and eco-minded, which I thought was very cool. The yard was pretty cramped and felt disorganized. It was quite busy and I couldn't tell where I was to park at first. Other than that it was a great experience.

The rear tires were worn and we were stuck in a parking lot in Edmonton when trying to return the truck.
The windshield wipers were needing replacement.
The place where we supposed to drop off the truck told us to drop it a different location.

The trailer leaked like crazy, all of our stuff got completely soaked. I understand it's not 100% waterproof but it was a bit ridiculous.

Absolutley amazing, the best uhaul location I've been to. The staff was friendly and willing to take the time for the customer. They seem to really care about their customers and their business. Too bad I was moving away! Thanks so much!

My experience with uhaul in general is poor. I was told that I would be contacted the day prior to pick up to let me know where my truck would be but I never did receive that call. As a result I was calling uhaul at 8 pm the night before my move to try to find out where my truck would be. I was then told that the truck would be in 'another city' which I find absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This city is an hour drive from where I wanted to pick up the truck. I then had to wait until the next morning to call to see if by chance another truck had come in closer to my city. I was fortunate that this did happen but it did cause me great stress and worry over night as to how I could fit in another 'two hours' of time if I had to go to this other city to get my truck. Had I received my 'call' the night before as was promised I would have had time to cancel my order and go to another provider who would have a truck in my town. This is a flaw in the uhaul system and i will NOT be using uhaul again in the future. I would rather pay more with another provider than go through this stress again of not being guaranteed a truck in the area I need it.
The only good thing that came of all this is the gentleman where I picked up this truck, he was very nice, friendly and professional and caring. I did not find this to be the case with anyone else I spoke with and did not feel that my needs were met or that anyone cared about my issue.
