Got ripped off over with added charges. Tiny marks were noted in "accident report." Charged $25 "cleaning fee" when interior was clean. $150 insurance deductible for tiny rock chip in windshield. $317 bill for what should have been a $100 rental. Will report to BBB. Doak Wattigney

Customer service picking up the truck was great. A young lady helped a trainee learn how to do a rental. When the truck was dropped off the employee said he wasn't expecting a truck today. He didn't smile. He didn't even say thank you. He was blunt, cold, and to the point.

I was ripped off. I returned to uhaul at seven thirty am to day and was charged for three days. This was for the cancer fund relay for life,l had to hook up and unhook my rental myself. I will never use this location ever again.

Carpet cleaner was dirty when i picked it up and guessing had bleach in the formula hose yup bleached my carpet thanks uhaul for making sure the equipment was clean

When I called to make reservations for a uhaul truck and also when I came to pick up and drop off the uhaul the employee (Donald) had an nasty attitude. My card declined so I asked if I could come in the next day and pay the remaining balance. He agreed. When I came in the next day the total was higher than what it should have been. I asked why and Ms. Ginger said that I had to pay $30.00 for a promissory note. It wasnt explained to me that I would be charged $30.00 for a promissory note and we didnt even talk about signing a promissory note on the previous day. I called the deliquent account number and had the matter fixed. Calling the account managment number was the best experience that I had pertaining to that particular uhaul location. Thankyou

The equipment wasn't available at the initially requested location. I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the equipment, which cost me an additional $0.89/mile for 40 miles. I requested a 14ft. truck, but received a 17ft. I reserved the equipment for 8:00 A.M, but it wasn't ready. Had to wait over an 1 hr. for someone to arive to hook up the equipment. I left location about 1.5 hrs after the initial reservation time. The trailer tire came off of the rim at the loading location. It took 2.5 hrs for ERS to arrive. Later on I received a call from rental location with an attitude asking why I hadn't returned the equipment yet. I had to explain the whole ordeal. No appologies or compensation for my inconvenience were offered by the rental location. Upon return of the equipment, I had to wait for personnel to try and disconnect the trailer from the truck prior to paying and receiving a receipt.

I have been over charged on my credit card. I have a bill that shows estimated charge $51,83 based on the miles that was given...I did not travel that amount of miles there was a estimated. The system was down on Sat. today is Tues. pm in my opinion the amount should have been corrected by now, Your help is required... thanks..
