communicate between u-haul and sub contractors-i had a bad experience with the coustomer service of u-haul-dealing with the location of my pick up on 2-27 it was contracted and confirmend for lantana rd location.when i called about the changed location the u-haul rep was rude and confrontational-i suggest personal phone call s and inter action as other than last minute changes through computers-the lake worth rep was very professinal and efficient my complaint is at the lantana location (managers)-and phone rep for u-haul.

Absolutely NOTHING.. This is one of the best U-haul experiences we have ever had. Your representative at this location was FANTASTIC. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely clear as to all aspects of the contract. Made sure he went over everything and made sure we clearly understood. He's a KEEPER. It's hard to find good help these days. Definitely would recommend (and already have -- a friend of mine is renting this weekend) at this location.
