When I first booked I booked Sat all day, then plans changed and I went to Sunday. No trailers were available at that time. When I canceled my Sat reservation, suddenly a sunday trailer came available. I was wondering if you book all day, does that prevent you from booking the next day. If so that would give you less business and customers less chance to rent. Maybe it was just a coincidence and not related - don't know.

I had a reservation and I had to wait almost three hours for the trailer because the guy before me didn't return it in on time and that put my whole day behind.

Why don't you ask about the quality of the staff and only about the location? Jeff was fine on the pickup but the girl at the drop off was BRUTAL as was the fellow at the next stall who would barely help her. First and last time with UHaul. Customer service will generate return business or lose

At check out I was informed the distance travelled was be calc in miles Ur marketing talks about km. Then the bill should be as such. It reminds me of bait an switch. I recommend you tell ur customer of this prior to signing. Overall the Jeff an his team did a great job. As a Realtor I would recommend Jeff & U Haul.

I completed the express online reservation, they could not locate the info and I had to give all of the info again. I was renting a trailer, all the lights on the first one did not work. We tried another ant the direction light was not working. I had to take this trailer, they did not have another one. On return there was congestion in the yard which made it difficult to drop the trailer. I left it in an available spot.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, from reserving the trailer over the phone to being treated like a priority at the shop. The service I receive is the reason why this is the second time I have rented from U-haul here, and will continue to rent from them.

I dont think to much to be done becouse everything is excellent.But I will never recommend the westlock road location which is in mississauga.

Have more than one person attending on a Saturday morning so the line doesn't get 10 people long and the wait doesn't reach 30 minutes to pick up a truck. Also, you shouldn't allow smoking in the trucks. The truck that was given to me smelled like an ash tray and it was terrible. Probably won't go with U-Haul again. The first time I made a reservation through the general booking office, it was accepted and then it was cancelled on me an hour later when you couldn't provide me with a truck on my scheduled day. And no $50 credit was given to me after I re-booked the following week with you. Overall, awful experience with your company.

Although, I have to admit, the GM was very helpful when I went into the store the second time. However my initial experience was terrible. Once again, UHAUL, called me one day before my reservation and told me my respervation would be changing. You were going to try and bump me three hours because your rep screwed up my reservation. I was then on the phone for three hours with your corporate office in Pheonix. I was on two phone my home line and my cell, because I was placed on hold on my home line for an hour and a half. Your customer service is absolutly terrible. I will never do business with UHaul again.

I was told to pick the truck up at 8:30. When I arrived, the store didn't open until 9. The workers appeared to be very hungover so by the time it opened at 9 there was a huge line up of people.

Four registers and only two with staff. Waited 20 minutes to be served even after I had reserved two days before. I was the first on line, one cash was serving a customer with a complaint and the other cash was doing internal paper work and could not assist me. For a place with high traffic, they should have more people. YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY.
