Our problem wasn't really with the location but with Uhaul in general. We requested a truck & car dolly on a specific date, time and location. The day before we were called and told the wouldn't be ready until two hours later which is a big deal when you are moving 1000 miles away. Then we were told that the we could actually get the truck the day before, which was great, but then were called back and told that was not true. Finally, we had to pick up the truck in one location and the car dolly at another location over an hour away (in traffic) which caused us to be many hours off schedule. You shouldn't take reservations when you cannot provide the equipment requested. We will never use Uhaul again.

Over the years I have had occasion to deal with many U-Haul Franchises. This is the best of them all. Great location and Alex was not only very helpful but gave me valuable information that will help me in future rentals.

I wanted a 10 foot all that was a able was a 14 foot.
The gate was lock and instructions to open the gate where not clear. Entering the code required pressing the * button twice pressing it the first time brought up an invalided code message.
It was not worth it, I could have hired movers for what it ended up costing me.
