Paula was awesome. Drop off at my destination didn't go as expected so I called back to this pick-up location for help confirming the drop-off. She was VERY helpful confirming the drop off and completing the rental. I was so impressed with the U-haul service and followup that I will likely use their auto repair shop in the future. Hopefully, the same level of professionalism will convey.

For the distance driven, 5 miles versus the amount of gas to fill the tank ($21) does not add up. Apparently there is a problem with the gas gage or the renter before me did not put gas in. It was on full when I picked the truck up and stayed full when I was headed back to return the truck. I decided to be safe by refueling.
