Could not have been a better experience. We were served immediately. The agent was pleasant and helpful. After completing the paperwork, I was able to hook up the trailer (the agent offered to help, but I didn't need it) and be on my way in minutes!

Move the blanket bag to the cab end of the box. Kept getting in the way when loading and couldn't remove or there was a $9.95 extra charge. Nikki and Dida were exceptional and efficient.

Rating:

The green best MPG indicator was a publicity stunt by uhaul and gives us no new information that we don't already have by looking at the measurement of the RPM. Other than that distracting part, everything was overall pretty good.

I had no issues, truck was available when I needed it, girl at counter was very courteous and efficient, truck was clean, ran fine, gas station right across the street, it was a good truck rental experience. What can I say?
