We asked for a truck with no wheel wells and were given a larger truck than originaly rented, only to find out when we picked up our load there were wheel wells in the unit that made it impossible to load our cargo. We had to spend considerable time taking our cargo off its pallet to accomidate the truck.

Location was not open at posted hours, the owner showed up late, and then had trouble booting-up the computer. The transaction took longer than anticipated, which was unfortunate as I was renting the truck to move my business and had employees waiting for the truck to arrive. As a business owner myself, I expected everything to be ready at the reservation time.

Never want to rent trucks from anywhere else. Had bad experience with another Uhaul dealer at the 76 on MLK, and thankfully, I never have to rent from them again because of the good people at Reviva.

I CANNOT BELIEVE I WAS CHARGED A FEUL FEE WHEN THERE WAS A HAIR OF A DIFFERENCE IN THE AMOUNT WE RETURNED IT. THE REP TOLD ME TO HAVE TO FILLED TO JUST ABOVE 3/4 FULL AND WE DID THAT, ONLY TO FIND THE NEXT DAY THAT IN FACT WE WERE 1/16 OF A TANK OFF. I WILL NOT BE USING UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
