We were quoted $19.95 day and .89 mileage. We were charged $29.95 day and .99 mileage. We gave a credit card at time of reservation indicating one our staff would be picking up. When our staff member arrived he was told he needed the card or leave a $100 cash deposit and when the manager with the card arrived the $100 cash would be returned. When we arrived with the credit card we were told we could not get the $100 back. After 45 minutes of argument we were finally given the emplyees $100 cash back. Over charged and bad customer service. We will never use Uhaul for our needs again!
