Open on time - I got COMPLETELY drenched standing out in the rain waiting for them to open. I was on time - they should be too! Keep items like rope and wrapping paper in stock. Explain how to use equipment - no instruction what so ever.

we rented a uhaul and was giving the wrong truck with wrong miles and no one could tell us how this happen. thank the lord i caught it befor i was charged for miles and anything else. i dont think i will rent from uhaul again. this was the biggest mix up i have ever had.
