The gentlemen that rented me my truck was completely unfriendly, TERRIBLE customer service, and acted like he didn't want to be there. He said there was a half tank of gas in the truck when there wasn't, it was just an all around terrible experience. He didn't even offer me a chance to look over the truck or anything before driving.

In my past experiences of renting a U-Haul truck, I was given a base number of miles + the rental fee. Then charged a fee of usually .58 cents per mile over the base miles. This location DID Not give me a base # of miles, but charged me .99 Cents per mile for EVERY mile I traveled. I feel this is an exorbitent mileage cost & made the the total rental double the rental fee. I will NOT be using this location in the future & will warn others NOT to use this location as well!

It was very efficient. In and out pick up with 2 kids in tow took 5 minutes. While one employee took my information, another prepared our truck. They accommodated our car while we did our move, and were honest about fees and prices. Best U-Haul experience ever.

U-Haul mileage artes are RIDICULOUSLY high. Experience with locals was great but I won't pay that high a rate again
