Corporate information was inaccurate again, telling me that the Reuben Lane location in Sandy was okay for dropping off the trailer. No one was there on Sunday so I called back and was given alternate drop off location. Closed Sunday locations should be noted for customers who are not comfortable unhooking trailers themselves.
