The women behind the counter was just rude at pickup and even worse at drop off. I will never use Uhal again because of this situation. I will use Ryder! Very POOR customer service!!!

There was a problem with the wiring in the trailer so the lights weren't working once we hooked it up. Mike, the owner of the facility, did a great job of trouble-shooting and fixing the problem and got us on the road. He was extremely patient and did a thorough inspection of our vehicle's wiring to make sure he had identified the root cause of the problem which turned out to be a disconnected brake light wire on the trailer that was shorting out the rest of the system.

Just a *small* potential suggestion: I rented my Uhal online and did receive a confirmation email; but it might be nice to hear directly (a call perhaps) from Mike's Expert Auto. Moving is such a stressful time and this little reassurance would have put me more at ease and saved my time confirming directly. We ran into a bit of a hiccup with the Uhal, but Mike came as quickly as he could and resolved the issue immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and certainly would recommend this service to friends and family.
