You need to quit ripping your customers off. I had an agreement for two days dolly and appliance dolly and your representative failed to make it on the contract and you punishing the customer. Will never do business with again and will let people know it
JOHN CLocation looked abandoned. Staff closed earlier & note on door said they would not be back until Monday (I was there 4:45 Friday PM - rental due on Sat AM). Thankfully another customer arrived & was familiar with them - he showed me where to find slips to fill out & drop in their box. Still called Uhaul corporate to make sure they noted I returned on-time. If you drop off here, document time & place with videos/photos - there doesn't seem to be any security measures or employees around to prevent someone stealing what you drop off.
Jason STire had a screw in the sidewalk and there was no jumper for the brake lights. The tenant didn't leave the front desk, just pointed the direction that the trail was and said it's out there
