When taking out vehicle I was asked how long I would need it. I replied 3-4 hours and it was put in contract that van was to be returned within 4 hours. I was not advised that the rate of $19.95 per day applied to me and therefore I had all day. I rushed to make deadline and when I rented again from uhaul at different location I was asked again of how long I needed it, but this time asked to have it for 24 hours so as not to have to rush and was given 24 hours., I felt like this was an attempt to get equipment back quicker but charge 24 hour rate. Sneaky and left bad taste for uhaul. Customer invoice should reflect 24 time limit no matter what as that is what it is being advertised for and if customer elects to bring back early that is their choice.

Wow I had the opportunity to be impressed and I was. Ive never dealt with U-Haul before but was overly impressed. The service I got on the phone when booking to multiple calls from the Twin location set my mind at ease that I was getting a great product at a great price. We did a one way haul from Twin Falls Id to Napa Ca and it was a breeze. U-Haul thank you so much for being a great representation of your company!

On returning the trailer the person that checked us in was nice but hands were dirty and his uniformwas a mess. But over all okay.

Equipment (auto transport) did not meet specification I made over phone. When returned, they raised the rate on car tow trailer.... Got south into Utah before dark, and found out the truck only had one working headlight. Not Good when traveling long distances at night.
