I had to call U-hauls' customer service line to drop off the trailer, after the location had closed. I explained to the woman that I needed a receipt for a day extension. After 15 minutes of explaining what I needed, she eventually told me that she is not able to send me a receipt. For some reason u-haul is one of the most complicated companies I've ever dealt with. Very disappointing.

The return was uneventful. There was no one around, so I left the key at the drop-off. Of course, it was New Years Eve. I'm glad that everything went so well.
