My experience with U-Haul, Westville, NJ was very good. I have no complaints and the customer service attendant was very pleasant. This is a very attractive location and I'm sorry I didn't rent a storage unit from here. Thank you and I will use this location again.

When renting trailers for multiple days, provide a support so that the towing vehicle can release without having to have the cargo tipped forward.

EVERYTHING WAS FIND EXCEPT THE GAS STATION OWNER PUTTING THE WRONG GAS IN THE TRUCK. I DON'T THINK THAT WAS MY FAULT I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT THE INURANCE THAT YOU MADE ME TAKE COVER ALSO.

My one and only good point about U-Haul and their trucks is the low floors in the trucks. Easy to load and unload.
But I do NOT recommend this location to anybody. Very unfriendly staff(at least with the gentleman that I was dealing with) This pick-up location was much further than the location I was told first on the U-Haul website. It also added more miles on the truck for the miles that I was allotted to my rental agreement. Also U-haul's reservation website does not necessarily coincide with major facts of the rental agreement. For one instance,I declined the insurance on the website,and when I got to the pick-up location,I was made to purchase the insurance. If I knew this ahead of time,and if I had the time,I would of gone some where else to rent a truck. Trucks are supposed to have a half a tank of fuel when you receive one. My truck had just under a half when I picked it up. The trucks should be diesels and not gas,they do not have much power and U-Haul trucks are horrible on fuel economy. I needed to get gas for my Rental,and it cost me over $135 to just fill it to less than 3/4 full!
Moving is an already emotional venture in life,but to sum things up,I will NEVER rent from u-haul again! They Do Not make that emotional venture any better or easier for you.
