I don't appreciate the manager telling me that I was "stealing" simply because I wouldn't take the time to put extra gas into a U-haul that was already beyond the full mark (which is what the contract indicated; return to "full"). I do thousands and thousands of dollars in business each and every year with U-haul all over the southeastern U.S. I will NOT be treated this way again. East Cherokee will no longer get any of my business in the future nor will I recommend them to others. I deserve an apology.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and very sweet. Pleasure to work with. Will recommend to friends. Quick paper work turnaround time. Trucks are very clean and surprisingly good on gas.

I reserved a appliance dolly online with my reservation but the location did not have one. I had to drive to another location 5+ miles down the rd out of my way to pick one up. This added a little over 10 miles to my trip to go to the next town over when online it said I would have one at the location. The manager was very nice about it and helped as much as he could. I feel that UHAUL needs to keep track of it's inventory better as this causing unwanted stress on moving day.
