Went to rent car hauler and was told they were all reserved walked outside and reserved one on my phone in 5 min walked back inside to get my trailer.. It's called lazy they never looked on computer to see if one was ready.. Then the trailer had a dented fender and when I loaded my car on trailer it had a flat so had to wait over an hour for a repair guy to come fix it and he was the best he fixed the tire pumped all other tires up and fixed the finder

I barely went over my mileage and had to pay an extra $6. I asked if this could be waived and the attendant was not able to do so. I was disappointed by this.

the only good thing about this location was the manager, Charles Kelly. the stop was dirty, the vehicle had a spare tire on, and one lug nut was so loose it was almost falling off, i tigheted with my fingers. my ubox was missing, but fortunately Charles stayed late to find it and help me out.

I did not get the trailer I reserved online. When I arrived to pick the trailer up I was told the trailer I reserved had a flat tire and they could not rent it to me. I got another trailer, but it did not have a ramp as I had wanted. No mentioned anything about not having the equipment I reserved. I noticed on the website it says there is a $50 credit if the reserved equipment is not available. No one mentioned this to me and seemed to brush me off when I mentioned it.

Make sure you have reserved vehicles available. We had reserved a 15-foot truck and since another customer had not returned the truck on time, there wasn't a truck of that size available. We were given a cargo van to complete our very large move, which added extra time and money to our moving experience.

One thing we hadn't thought to check were the mirrors, which we found out later was a mistake because the driver's side mirror swiveled uncontrollably while driving, rendering it useless. Mirrors should probably be checked between customers.

The location seemed disorganized and unprofessional. After waiting in line for 15 minutes i was told that they they did not have any vehicles available to rent. I then called another location and was told that i would have to pick it up at the south college location, which i had just left. This was a frustrating expierance because we where on a time crunch.

Terrible customer service! The kids working there are absolutely helpless and have no clue what they are doing. You would think with a national brand that U Haul would hiring professionals not some young guys that wear sunglasses inside and can't speak louder than a mouse. When I was there they had a like out the door and no one bothered saying anything like " we will be with you shortly" or " sorry for the inconvenience" I won't be returning to this location ever again.

You put a hold of 80 on my card and would not allow me to pay cash, even though I was willing to put a $100 deposit down. Now the 80 has posted and I an hoping the refund of 40 posts ASAP because I paid rent and need that 40 to balance from going negative.

I appreciate the service I received. While waiting for my pickup time of noon, we were able to take a load to a storage unit that was across the street. We finished there around 11am and thought we'd stop by and see if we could get the trailer early. They were able to accommodate us. I had made the reservations for 2 days, but now with already making one trip to storage, we only needed the trailer for the one day. They accommodated this request at no additional fee. I received exceptional and quick service, even on a busy day for them, and would highly recommend this place to others as well as using myself again should the need arise. Thank you!! You made my experience a little less stressful.

I reserved a truck for 11 AM on June 30th. I didn't get a truck until the next day because the truck was delayed in NM. I needed to be out of my old apartment by midnight on June 30th and because you could not give me a truck I was forced into a very costly and stressful situation. I am very disappointed by how Uhaul runs. For situations where a truck is delayed by a day you NEED to have trucks on back up! The fact that you did not have a single truck available to cover the delay shows that you do not care about the customer at all and are only caring about profit. I also had a horrible time with customer service, when I called I was told so much conflicting and incorrect information, even that my reservation was canceled which I had NOT done, that the only way I got the correct information was physically driving to the Uhaul store. I was very happy with the truck itself but unless you change how you treat your customers I will never rent from you again and I will not recommend you to anyone. You cost me time, money, and resources that I could not afford. I am very unhappy.

I reserved a vehicle two weeks in advance. I had to wait an hour to receive the truck due to the line at the store. When I received my truck there were blankets in the vehicle. I was informed that we could use them and would not be charged for them. I also rented an appliance dolly which I did not receive. When I received my bill, I was charged for both the blankets and the dolly. I called back to dispute the charges, and TJ said someone would call me back shortly to reverse the charges. I never received the call and will have to follow up again tomorrow.

I was advised by your rep. That a 17 foot trick would be big enough for my 2 bedroom apt. Had one of my movers not brought his flat bed trailer i would have had to make 2 trips costing me a second trip mileage. Wasnt exactly thrilled everything didnt fit...

The 17' truck was low on engine oil and transmission fluid. I was forced to fill both fluids with my personal stash. They declined to allow me the drop-off location of my choice, then told me that I would be charged an extra fee for dropping it off at a different location than their choice. I will likely never rent from U Haul again after this experience.

I was told when I ordered the truck that a King size bed would fit perfectly. Well It does not so I was a little upset about that, however the rest of the rental was great
