I rented three dollies. When I got the truck home I saw that there was another one in the truck attached. This would have been use full info to know when renting the truck and the equipment. Plus it took up use full space and was in the way because it was attached to the truck. The gentleman who helped me was efficient and professional. A very pleasant experience.

The rental operation was well organized, the price fair and the vehicle adequate.
After 35 yaers we sold our last van. I'll be coming here from now on when ever I have to move stuff.

This location fine. The location on dundee rd in Palatine (Wayne) even better. Location in Hoffman Estates (Ben) very very good. The location on Mt Prospect Rd in DesPlaines (Anthony) not good. Have locations ANSWER their phone.

her is my idea I m a mechanic and I drove the truck they are unsafe hard control suspension moving i drove good because i know how to control but brakes are unsafe either it doesnt stoping the truck well becarefull for the puplic people take care of your maiintence.

I received a call the day before my move stating that I had to return the truck to the pick up location. I have used U-Haul services many times for the cost and equipment size. When I was notified I could not use my rental as a one way rental due to position of equipment I was a disturbed. I was disturbed because the associate on the phone stated that because other people who rent do not return their equipment to the right location. I wondered why that was my problem to reposition equipment. Instead of spending $20 to $30 on gas, I spent $50 because I had to return the truck to the pick up location 30 miles from where I moved to.

Alex, who answers the phone, needs to be trained on rental rates and when he puts someone on hold he needs to get back or take a number and call back. If I had not had a previous good rental experience with this location I would have switched rental companies.

was told rental was for a 24 hr period then asked when I would return truck when i rented truck and told them i might not be back at that time which was about 6hrs i was given a hard time and was told i was subject to fines and they might not be able to rent me the truck was just wondering if thats how you do business

The whole drop-off situation was really unorganized. I wanted to choose the drop-off the day before I picked up the truck, but the person on the phone said they couldn't do that, so I asked to speak to someone who could help me. He THEN started to help me instead of transferring me to someone else. The drop-off location he gave me was 6 miles away from the place in Chicago I was moving to, so I decided I would just schedule it the next day. The next day the same thing happened so they gave me a number to call to figure out a drop-off location once we were done moving. I call the number, they give us a location. Fine. THEN, we get a call after we've already dropped off the truck saying that our drop-off location was different. I don't know if I'll be penalized for that, but I followed the directions they gave me. All in all, dropping off the truck in a different location was a pain in the a$$ to deal with.

The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. Due to a late working day, and bad GPS system, I was late for my appointment. I arrived two minutes before closing; however, he just smiled and helped me. Never complained about having to stay late or anything. I was very pleased.
