Everything was great. Only one person working at the reservation center with several people waiting, but other than that, everything was great. Truck was well maintained and met my needs and expectations. Check out was easy and fairly fast. Thanks.

When we arrived to pick up the moving truck and auto transport our rental info was wrong in the computer so they had to get it straightened out. Then they told us we were all set to go,well that was not the case . Nobody came outside of the business to ensure and explain how to use the equipment. We loaded the car onto the auto transport and did not know the fenders folded down so my husband could open the door and exit the car. Without that knowledge he had to crawl over the seats and exit from the rear hatch of it. Once loaded and secured we made sure all lights were working on everything and they weren't on the auto transport. Had to go find help due to the fact that not one employee was outside with us and they traced the problem to a blown fuse and temporarily fixed it and sent extra fuses should that happen again. We checked inside of the truck to make sure the moving dolly which we rented was in there only to find out it wasn't and that resulted in going back in the business and they had to go get one. This fiasco put us behind on our moving schedule. My suggestion is that perhaps the employees need to be there with the person who rents your equipment and fully explain how to use everything and also ensure that all equipment is in working order instead of us being the ones who have to do this ourselves. We paid good money for the rental and I feel things should have been done far better than they were. The employees were helpful but that was after the fact that they had to be told about the issues and came out to fix the problems. It was a problem from the start and training programs should be more often with the employees so they remember what you are paying them to do. Pretty sure customer satisfaction is your goal and if they are not satisfied then you will receive negative feedback.

First you could start by NOT making reservations when you do not have the equipment available. Second: your text for time/location changes need to be well before pickup at original location. I had driven 3 hrs only to find out that 2 hrs into my 3 hr drive I had been sent a text stating the location was changed for pickup...which I might add I could not have even begun to get there on time. I will NEVER use or recommend your facilities to anyone..

Matt provided INCREDIBLE customer service -- he made me feel like a valued customer and was very genial and patient in explaining everything to me at a level I could understand without demeaning me for being a woman. I would recommend him and this location to EVERYONE!!

my only recommendation would be to put running boards on the pick up trucks so that us short folks do not have to have a person assist us up into the truck. Luckily my sister was able to get me into the drivers seat.

returning the equipment ie 10 foot moving tuck, you have to park its in an assigned area that is at an incline. This puts you at a disadvantage to the gas used. As the marker in the gas tank will register a higher use of gas during the trip. I overpaid by $13.00 Because of this..fraud.

I was misinformed about a dolly included as well as the price. I was quoted $188 then forced to purchase a $42 insurance policy despite the full coverage policy the driver already had. When I called to complain a very rude woman told me maybe they thought my husband looked like he needed extra insurance! Very rude and discriminatory! Then when I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to her supervisor she told me she did not have one, that she would not transfer me and if I did not like it I could bring the truck back and not even move. I have never had such a horrible experience with uhaul but I think after this I won't come back. My husband threw his back out due to the missing dolly, almost $300 and no Dolly! And had I not been charged $42 extra for insurance I did not need I would have been more inclined to rent the Dolly for another $25. I thought uhaul was to make moving convenient not more work and stress.

I ordered through a different location and they switched our vehicle and pick up location the day before I was supposed to get the truck. No calls were made to my number. When we called to get the truck delivered to the address we originally requested, they said they could not do that and the only thing they could do was cancel the request. I believe, the company should have a program in place where the delivery of the correct truck should bemade at the location which was originally set up. I had to pick up a different truck at a different location at a different time. Completely inconvenient.
