The cabin was dusty. I also got hosed on filling the tank "back to full". I drove the truck 10 miles and wound up giving you 7 gallons of gas!

Everything went smoothly. I checked in early online and they had everything ready for me. I would maybe recommend rearranging the area right in front of the counter to be more conducive to people waiting for an employee to be free to assist them. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was polite and helpful. It was a good start to what proved to be a stressful day of moving and i am tankful that renting the truck was not part of the frustrations.

I rented a 14' truck and got a confirmation #. The good thing, is they called me and told me the 14' truck was going to be 3 hours late. Bu they offered me a 10" . I was able to use the 10'. there should be better communitacations between the main on line system and the local stores. The good thing, they called me. The on line system is ok, but not as detailed as it should be. It should tell you if there are no trucks at a location, before you order boxes and dolly and pads.- only to find out that there is not truck available. the boxes, pads and supplies should be after the truck is confirmed.
The local store accomodated me and worked with
me on cancelling the boxes.

Customer service at this location was not great. The equipment was fine and the return procedure was quick, but the employees inside didn't seem overly interested in helping much or doing anything more than they HAD to.

Unlimited mileage would be great, there are other truck rental places that have unlimited. Gas and mileage fees are abit steep.

I reserved a truck earlier in the week for 7am. I showed up after 7 and was told that the truck wasn't available. I was told to come back at 7:30. Why would you allow me to reserve a truck for a specific time if it wouldn't be available? The manager said the truck had been brought back the night before and that's the reason it wasn't ready. In my opinion if you tell me it's ready at 7 and it was brought in late the night before, someone should be there earlier to check it in so it's available when you say it will be.

The person who checked in our equipment was quick and helpful but the person inside the office who we took our papers into was very rude. I explained the situation where we had to pick up the truck at a different location and I didn't think it was fair we had to pay ~4 dollars for those extra miles. The total extra miles came out to around ~8 dollars, which I was okay paying for half of. When I brought it up, the person helping me (he didn't have a nametag) said, "It's only $8. It's really not that much". An employee should NEVER say that to a customer. That is $8 on top of $270 that I already paid for the rental. I wasn't arguing with the extra miles that we expected, only the miles we shouldn't have had to use getting to the location that was farther away. Regardless, it was incredibly rude of him to speak to me like that.

The driver of the truck took the truck to the U Haul location in Charlotte. Therefore, I have no personal information about the people at the location other than the driver said all turned out very well.

Everthing went well. Service, vehicle and staff were excellent. Pricing estimate was accurate with the exception of the EXCEPTION of a very dubious $10 EZ Fuel Sales add-on fee. For what. The gas tank was FULL on return. Why was I charged an added $10 not in the estimate?

The lady that did the transaction was very informative and friendly and the gentleman that actually hooked up the trailer to my vehicle was very thorough with ensuring all the lights and safety chains were operating properly and were connected in a safe manner. Very good experience and if I need anything else for hauling while in this area I will definitely only return to this location. Great staff.
