I was not informed that I would have to pay for overage miles. I asked and was told that it was unlimited miles. This over site on the part of this location costed me $182. Also I found the truck used way to much gas. When you use $75.every 200 miles that is indeed a problem. Also the transmission is not working properly. It got stuck in the third gear and would not shift for way to long.

J'ai été très déçu de ne pas avoir le véhicule que j'avais réservé. J'avais réserver un camion cube 10 pieds, et à la place ils m'ont donné un camion cube 14 pieds. Je n'avais pas besoin d'autant d'espace, et j'ai donc payé 150$ de plus en essence (1200 miles) que si j'avais eu l'autre camion. Ils m'ont donné un rabais de 57$, quelle exitation...

The staff was attenitive and after coaching was helpfull. After moving all the way across town and getting my truck back in half the time I rented it, it wasupsetting to be charged an additional day. I tried to handle the issue via phone and email after no response I found myself having to drive back to uhaul to correct it. It would have been nice if they were attentitive the first time. It was all handled. :)

this is the location i originally made the reservation stating clearly at that time my desire for newer equipment because i could not afford, time wise, to have a breakdown... and that's exactly what i got. honestly, i would have thought the fees associated with this rental would have been comped or at least substantially discounted... which it wasn't.
