when you call the 800 number to reserve a uhaul, that you get what you request and if there is any changes you need to call the customer and advise them and not wait to they show up to let them know you dont have the truck they need

Please make sure to repeat the email address to the customer for accuracy. Email confirmation was sent to the wrong email address the 1st time. When I picked up the truck it was corrected. I would prefer not to have my name/address/telephone sent to a complete stranger. Other than that service was great. I highly recommend this location.

Out of all the times that I have rented trucks before this has been the best. James Robinson is the best customer service person I have ever had to deal with ever. His customer service is truley top of the line. I was happy renting the truck and even laughed at some of the jokes he told while I was moving. A truley great moving experience. I know the trucks get a lot of use, but the one I had was hard to start and I only drove 34 miles and had to put 10 gals of gas in this thing. Thats about 3 miles to the gal I would think your trucks would do better than that.

I was happy with the locations services, however I was very upset and frustrated with the website reservation process. I picked one site was confirmed for it for four hours and then 3 hours later I got a phone call confirmation, when I'd chosen the text message confirmation option, and it was for a completely different location way out of my way by a good 10miles AND I'd originally reserved it for 4 hours found out it was now only for 3 hours which really was not enough time but we made it work. I don't think I will ever use the online tool again because it was so frustrating and misleading.
