When I arrived to pick up my trailer, everything was awesome UNTIL we hooked up the trailer to my truck.
BOTH Taillights,License Plate Lamp, Rear Clearance lamps WERE NOT WORKING and he needed to replace the right rear clearance lamp>>>>> It took the tech like 45 mins to find out and fix the corroded Butt Connectors in the harness UN EXCEPTABLE !!!!!!
The tech WAS VERY VERY GOOD VERY PLEASANT VERY Concerned for my delay YOU NEED employess like that young man !!!! For My time waiting should be worth the price of the rental including tax

I can't stand getting into a vehicle and having it smell like cigarette smoke, I believe all vehicles should be smoke free and inspected for that after drop off

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. The saff are well-informed, helpful, courteous. I cannot say enough good things about the service I have gotten there. Danny is especially helpful (I think he's the manager, I don't know his last name.) I had a very bad experience w/ a uhaul in Michigan some years ago, and was reluctant to use the company. I have been thoroughly pleased with my recent experiences - I think I have used uhaul 4 or 5 times within the last 6 months or so. Good work, Rotterdam UHaul!!!!

I have needed your trucks in the past and have always been satisfied. I have tried other locations and they are not as accommodating with the hours you are open ; nor are they as flexible with the rental time. Very pleased.I always know where I can go for any of my family moving needs.

I rented from this uhaul a few times. Always a great experience. Extremely organized and clean. Impressed how well the manger even takes care of his uniforms. I would definitely recommend this location.

The manager, Danny, was fantastic. The problem is that this large location is generally a one man operation, most of the time. They need more staff. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I tried, unsuccessfully, for two days, multiple times a day, to book a rental over the phone and finally had to drive from Burnt Hills to Rotterdam to book my cargo van. Danny was pleasant and very helpful but management should not expect him to run the operation alone. On a positive note, the location is open on Sunday and the van was excellent. Great job Danny and thank you for your service to our country as a 30 year veteran.
