I would recommend this location because the staff are great. They are very polite and will line up trucks, demonstrate hitches (& the like) to you. Easy check in and check out.

I had reserved a utility dolly, but when I picked up my van, they were out and gave me an appliance dolly, which was too heavy and not very handy.

I have no idea where it came from but I told them I want to pay for everything in cash and somehow they still charged my card. I don't even know what the charge was for the amount was 13 dollars or so and it overdrafted my account. I am going to the bank to look into it today. Other than that it was satisfactory.

The online reservation was supposed to be for 24 hours however when we picked it up they had it booked for 1 hour. This was a big problem since we had to drive to Philadelphia and back.

Pick Up was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and attentive to any questions we had. Dropping off was a bit slower; there was a bit of a line when we were dropping off, and only one employee behind counter to assist (though as an alternative to waiting, he did offer to email us a receipt if we just wanted to drop off the key.) After a while a second gentleman came out to help customers and got to us quickly. When dropping off, the associate checking the vehicle (gas level, damage assessment, etc.) asked if we had any issues. We informed him that once we had packed the truck and were getting ready to leave, the engine was hesitant to turn over. After several attempts to start the truck, it eventually did turn over and we were able to continue our moving process. When detailing this to the U-Haul employee, he didn't shrug it off, or ignore us, but his main concern to us was that we were able to complete our move without further issue (not anything to do with the vehicle or how it was treated to cause that issue, though I'm sure that it was on his mind!). We found that very kind and refreshing of him.

I actually have a complaint about your employee. I don't know his name but he was the pierced, bearded, and tattooed guy working about 11-1 pm. The discussion all started that he claimed I did not fill the tank to the level I got it. I did 12 miles with the truck and loaded 1 gallon of gas, which is confirms to the suggested mpg and I drove the truck on an average manner. But the needle was a bit lower than what it was supposed to be, maybe a difference 0.1-0.2 gallons. But your guys were doing the measurement on a sloped surface and they were not accurate. When I ask them to measure the gas on a flat surface, they moved the truck and the needle came closer to what it is supposed to be. Still, your guy told me that in his own words "I needed to put another 4 gallons of gas" and I said "4!!!". That is not even possible with 12 miles! Then he said that the needle was in the middle of a quarter and 1/8th, where it was very close to the quarter (I have a photo of the needle, but cannot upload the photo here). I was shocked by your employee's claim of where the needle was. I really want to share the photo with you and show you what kind of trouble he was giving to me. In conclusion, I guess I will not use Uhaul again and cancel my further appointments unless you do something serous about this. Regards,

Okay first of all your representative there who took my appointment on July 7 she told me that she was setting me up for Kennywood Boulevard but she lied okay so I went to Kennywood Boulevard today for my schedule appointment and the man there he was very disrespectful he had and he had a cat there why I was standing there the cat brought a dead mouse up want to counter where I was standing ,so I will rather go to Washington Boulevard on my own to schedule my appointment I will never schedule another appointment online because they don't get it right thank you very much and you have a very blessed day

We rented the furniture covers and were told that they were packed in the truck along with the dolly, but they were not. Also the charges are not transparent...you should include tax in your quote during reservation.

Was given a truck with (allegedly) 1/4 tank of gas. Meter was not at 1/4 when the truck started. Drove 10-15 miles. Am getting charged for 3+ gallons of gas.

The rental went great its just the side of the truck with the dolly and shipping blanket should be mounted on the same side of the truck as the gas port since it is a natural obstruction built in the truck instead of your present set up, leaving obstruction on both sides of the truck. Thank you
