Don't send them on a wild goose chase for equipment an hours' drive away to a location they guaranteed would be open 24h, when it turns out they're actually closed. Not impressed, at all, with the level of customer service I received. This was the first time, and most definitely the last time, that I will be using your company.

I was told by the two workers that a FULL tank of gas would either not get me to Halifax or just get me there. I immediately put $195.00 of gas into the 1/4 full tank. After loading my two sons, and returning to Dartmouth, there was still 1/2 a tank. Had the workers in Moncton been better informed I could have saved 50-60 dollars. Also they should know the gas tank is on the PASSENGER side of the vehicle as both told me the DRIVER side.

I booked a cube van thru your reservation system and when I arrived at the location, I was told there was no cube available.....that the only thing I could get was a cargo van. Things still worked out okay, but stuff like this doesn't need to happen. My reservation was handled by "Susan".

I have send a email to your customer Service department. I was treated like a liar and had to pay for fuel which i have already fill to were it was required. I am expecting a resolution in the near future, and will NEVER recommend U haul to even my worst enemy. For what I have been too, I will choose a moving company instead, and will inform a lot of people to do the same. If you answer me with a response in the timely manner instead of saying your word against mine I may not tarnish the name U Haul to a lot of people I know, including social media.

After calling where to drop off at 800 number, went designated area. Staff pushed back to try and send me somewhere else. After driving for three days, was not appreciated.

I don't really think there is anything that needs significant change except the parking lot layout of the West Moncton Uhaul location. There doesn't appear to be sufficient space for the equipment, and certainly isn't enough space for client parking.

Worst rent experience ever. Reserve a trailer in Moncton to take a student to halifax and back roughly 10 hours of driving from Sussex NB. Uhaul books a trailer for 14 hours through the night. What a joke. Have requested Visa stop payment.

wait times at this location is out of this world I waited an hour to be served and that is not unusual if what the other customers in the line up were tell was true, the price is good the person at the counter was nice once got to him and the truck was great just the long wait to return was not

When I called the location to advise that the U-Haul was broken down in my driveway and that someone needed to pick it up, I was informed that I would have to pay extra for all the time that the rig wasn't returned back at the depot. I had to argue with the person I was speaking with to make sure I would not be charged extra for this time as it was out of my control. I also asked to be called back ASAP in order to settle the bill, which never happened and upon receipt of the bill by email, there is a late payment charge, and extra fuel charge and I am being charged extra kms on my bill also.

um...let me see. Label the price of items for sale. I wanted to buy a roll of tape OPEN FIRST. They could not find the price. I did not want to wait any longer and said I would buy it when returning the U-HAUL. Employees are ssssllllloooowww on service. Seem to have a lot of people not doing much work. HATE that stupid system of guessing how much gas to put in the tank. Come on people. We have to fill out no matter what. Give us a full tank of gas and we can return it with a full tank of gas. Returning the U-HAUL was a 45 minutes experience. Seemed to be like brain surgery to get the km and gas reading. Not a pleasant experience. Even purchasing some tape at the end took an excessive amount of time: first forgot to include it with the original transaction then could not read the numbers to punch it in. New management and or employees needed.

The customer service representative was very unprofessional. He yawned for about 45 seconds before taking my application. The paperwork side of it went well. However he brought around the wrong type of van which I had requested. He had proceeded to check someone else then and when I asked him how long he would be he would say he said another 10 to 15 minutes. I had already gone through 15 minute waiting. Just for proper paperwork so another 15 minutes was going to put me behind schedule. There was another worker there who his first remarks to us when we walked in was I'm not really here and yet he was conducting business as per usual I just computer. When I checked in after my time was up the same gentleman who said he was not really there working,was still there. I found this very comical. I work in the customer service industry, and if I treated my guest or customers the way I was treated today our company would be out of business. I could hear the lady behind me complaining about the service as well, and she hadn't even been served. I hope her experience went better than mine.

I was assisted by the store manager Brian. He was rude, condescending and lacked basic customer service. When we went to return the unit we waited for 15-20 mins while he talked on the phone to "traffic control" but he was laughing and swearing and making rude comments about a previous customer who he had just served who didn't fill up the gas and was upset with the gas charges to his credit card. After this conversation where he was swearing and saying well it's not my fucking problem you (the client) didn't want to fill the tank before so of course they are going to charge for gas. I waited for 15-20 mins while he finished this conversation over the phone (I was next in line) and then finally says 'well I better go, I have a client' .... How rude!? So I just overheard him over the phone saying horrible rude things to someone over the phone while he ignored me and I had to wait for him to finish and then he says like he is doing me the favour of getting off the phone! I'll never go back! And he was the manager Brian H at Moncton uhaul on west Main Street.

Don't try to screw customers. Worst customer service I ever had. We top the gas up to 1/4 and the worker was parking the truck on a hill trying to charge us $30 for not enough gas. Glad we caught him and my husband drove it on flat grounds but then he took it back to the hill. Then I spoke my mine and told him to get another pair of glass and I showed him where he would go on flat grounds. My husband took the truck to flat grounds again then he finally said it's ok. What a jackass you have working for UHaul but we know that is their tactic in charging people. Thank god we had just filled up the truck 2 mins prior at the had station on flat grounds

I would prefer getting the moving truck with a full tank of gas and returning it with a full tank of gas. I find that it is difficult to calculate precisely the amount of gas to put in when trying to read the gas gauge. However this does not mean that my moving experience wasn't satisfactorly. The truck work as expected and was very clean.

6X12 ft trailer was reserved on 24 July 14 for pick-up 13 Aug14 at 9 am. Checked reservation on Mon. 11 Aug and was informed that there were no trailers of that size available. Went there on Tues morning to find out what happened to my reservation. Informed that one was expected in on the Wed morning at 9:22 which was coming from out of town. On Wed morning went to U-Haul and the trailer did arrive on time. If this trailer had not arrived when it did not sure what U-Haul were going to do to make this right. In July we had reserved a trailer but none available so ended up having to use a truck which is more expensive than a trailer. They did however make a rental adjustment on the cost of trailer we used in Aug. They seem to have a yard full of trucks but very few 6X12 ft cargo trailers. If a reservation is made, a person should not have to worry that the piece of equipment that was reserved will not be available. If you want a 6x12 trailer they should not assume that you will take a smaller one, which they did. We have been using trailers from U-Haul for sometime (4-5 times a year)and these last two rentals did not go smoothly. Recommended this location only because it is the only one around. If there was another trailer rental place U-Haul might be in trouble.
