I didn't like that the truck wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and that I had to pick it up at a different location than originally scheduled. I also didn't like that I had to pickup the car tow trailer at a different location.

The truck should not have been in service in the condition it was in. Something was clearly wrong with the steering and was simply dangerous to drive. Upon return I mentioned the problem and was told that bigger trucks are harder to drive than smaller ones. Having driven larger trucks in the past, I knew that was not the case. Hopefully the truck is repaired before it sees the road again.

Even though I reserved the truck for 24 hours, I felt really pressured to commit to bringing the truck back at a certain time so they could rent it out again that day before they closed. Other than that, they were a fine location to deal with.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Polite and enthusiastic customer service. Terrific people. They have my business whenever I have a need in St. Louis. Whatever they getting paid isn't enough. Exceptional service!!!!

Rental facility rented me a truck that they knew had battery issues and neglected to tell me. I know this because they told me when I called about the truck not starting. When the Emergency Road Service truck arrive and looked things over he determined the truck had a completely dead battery and was unable to jump it. We were able to get the truck started with a brand new battery but unfortunately it did not have the correct post connection, so he put it back on his truck. Please service your trucks or at a minimum tell people if there are known issues.

Because of the issue with the lock we were behind by about an hour. When I called to see if we could get an extra hour because of the lock issue the person on the phone was resistant too do so, stating the trucks are booked solid. She then relented but begrudgingly. We only tool an extra half hour and there was not an issue when we returned it. I realize that sometimes things are booked tight, but it wasn't our fault the lock had issue and the person on the phone should have been less resistant to taking care of her customers when they have issues.

We have rented from them before and always have a good experience. We had resuvation from a place close to us in swansea and they called and had some kind of trouble then moved us to another location and there truck broke down.

The truck was clean, but not in good condition. The brakes are In need of repair and the steering was very unresponsive. Of the six or so moving trucks I've driven in my life, this was the worst.
Plus, I didn't like that there was no off street parking at this pick up location. The few available spots were taken by employees and promotional materials. This is a big turnoff.

When I dropped off the truck at this location, I saw several other trucks just like mine parked at the curb. I parked mine behind those and went in to drop off the keys. The woman inside told me I would have to take my truck 3 blocks down the road to another parking lot. I could not find it , and drove around for 15 minuets. Finally I took the truck back to her, and she said ok, that's fine. What the hell was that all about! I hope I never need to rent a u-haul again.

I also used UHall at the location of Hwy 44/Kingshighway. They gave me a truck that sounded horrible and drove just as badly.
It was great to drive a truck this time at the 2101(?) location that ran well as well as being clean.
