This is our 4th U-Haul rental in the past year. All were returned to this location. The staff here are fabulous! Friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They are the reason that we've gone back to U-Haul time and again.

It was like nite and day dealing with the people at the uhaul compared to your customer service people. They were not knowledgable about the towing of my truck and could it pull the car I was going to tow. The dolly was reserved in the wrong city, 300 miles away from where i needed it. They group that needs attention.

Vickie was the representative that helped me. I called her several times to let her know I would be late. She helped me with directions and was so friendly throughout the process. I have rented from U-Haul before but I really enjoyed this location.

When I got to the location, there was no one in the office and no one responded to the number posted to call for any problems. On drop off, there was someone there, so that helped balance my impression.
