We have been happy overall with our storage unit; however, we recommend that you put motion sensor lights inside the units themselves as they are quite dark and it is difficult to see anything once you are inside the unit. Even small lights for safety would be helpful. Thank you.

Alice W | Overall ExperienceWhen i made the reservation 5/26/21 for 26' truck and rental unit, the rental unit was advertised to be free for the 1st month. I noticed immediately after confirming the reservation that I was charged $89.95. I sent an email right then saying this was to be free and to cancel if there is a charge. As of 06/01/21 I have not received a response nor a refund for this amount. The storage unit was not used and is not going to be used, I did not want it if it was not free for the first month as advertised when I made the reservation.
JANI B | Online Move InI was on deployment and they messed up my payment method, so i kept getting letters and calls about me not paying my bill. They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Thankfully there are laws in place that prevented them from throwing out my stuff.
