We unfortunately had to choose to relocate to another facility that they recommended. Thank you for everything!

Selina W | Overall Experience1. This was definitely no upon my move in but I appreciate that change after. 2/3. Appeared secure because of the camera. Unfortunately someone was able to obtain either the code or had a code and was able to bypass my locks and enter my storage unit without question remove items and replace items. I paid my balance in person in cash and did not share with anyone that I had a unit there because of the same situation in a previous storage facility. 4, Not always friendly but they did there job. 5. Yes because outside of my personal experience it may not be the same for others and the facility for the most part is acceptable but I would however share with them what I had experienced.
