Moving can be very stressful and I imagine so many people that utilize uhaul services can be difficult customers because of that. I was having a really hard day when I got my uhaul and Shay at the Garner location uhaul was so kind and empathetic to me. I really appreciated her help but moreso really appreciated her for the way she treats people she interacts with.

Darrell Singletary | Online Move InI had my unit for 6 months and I paid after the 16th of the month SEVERAL times. On 2/16, I went to clean out the unit and remove the rest of my belongings, and they were missing and the unit was cleaned out. I went to the office and they swore that they didn’t enter my unit. Immediately after leaving the property, I received a receipt for a “lock cut fee” and a “clean out “ fee. Although they told me , they never entered my unit. So they illegally entered my unit, removed my belongings ( which was work equipment that belonged to the State and I am now financially responsible for.) I always dreaded coming into this location because everyone there is extremely unprofessional and made me feel as if I was bothering them AT THEIR JOB. On top of all that, my U-Haul account has been completely wiped. I went to retrieve my receipts to show my payments after the 16th, and I was not able to locate anything. I have reported all of this to corporate and I just hope that they are not as crooked as this location and something is done about this.

Everything was a charge and was so unreasonable.. I assure you that this will be the last time I will use this service
CHAQUTIA LEACH | First ImpressionsWS charged for a month after I cleaned out the unit & informed the staff I was out the evening before my billing cycle was to start. Feb 7th. It’s impossible to go up there and complain because you have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone who just takes your phone number because your people are understaffed. It was not a good experience.

There was something spilled in the back corner but other than that it was good. The move out process was simply and quick.
Kayage Minor | Overall ExperienceI spent almost 2 hours at Uhaul because no one knew how to fix a reservation for a UBox. The staff at facility tried and could not do it. They called UBox who could not do it and said call Traffic. We called Traffic they couldn’t do it and said call UBox. The problem started when reservation was made it was made incorrectly and so screwed up it was unable to be fixed. Very frustrating for me and the employees that no one who is supposed to help is capable of helping.

With only a couple of instances that the gate did not operate properly, I was very happy with the service. No instances of brake-ins or damage to my property at all. I would have appreciated a fresh level of gravel on the lot because some areas are uneven and standing water when it rains.

Safety is definitely ensured here! Only complaint is that I did not receive the free lock that was supposed to come with my unit, but luckily I had a spare.
