I have always been a customer of U-Haul every time I move. They always treat me very well and things go wrong. They always willing to hear your version of what happened to your stuff by anything. They always fix it for you, so I’m appreciate being on U-Haul customers.
Regina M | Overall ExperienceNot only were the employees rude and disrespectful but also had the nerve to not be helpful. I was told because I was not an out of state client…the storage first month couldn’t be offered to me even after renting a uhaul. I was very angry. I questioned them and was allowed the first month free. After gaining access to the storage area, I noticed the back gate with a large hole where anyone can come thru. I didn’t have to put my code in to gain access which was another safety hazard now let’s discuss no cameras etc. I will never recommend this business or do business with them again.

canetria p | Overall ExperienceThe reason I wouldn’t recommend this location is that it is too small causing a lot of congestion. I had to wait about 15 minutes to enter the parking lot to get to the storage because of the many cars blocking the entrance. I had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes upon leaving for the same reason.
