bill h | Overall ExperienceTonya is nice and most staff is very helpful. It’s impossible to call and get help. They slam you on hold and take forever to come back. Thry have even told me I need to deal with the customer in front of me. The place mice or rats. I had to clean belongs as they had feces on them and urine stains. The access is difficult getting up the ramp and hoping to door locking system worked. I moved because I found a facility that is a lot cheaper. Closer to home. Easy back to door with elevators. Spotless clean and fresh smelling. I got double the size single unit for what I was paying for one of two units I had. I used storage from 2016-2024. Almost exactly 8 yrs. I moved due to cost, difficult accessing and teaching staff by phone. Distance from home.
